Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any donation to DarkCore. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below.
⚠️ Important — Read Before Donating Non-Refundable
! All donations made to DarkCore are voluntary and non-refundable. You are supporting the continued operation of a free-to-play private server, not purchasing a commercial product or service.
! Filing a chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal or your bank will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account and all associated accounts, as well as forfeiture of all in-game assets.
01 Nature of Donations
§ 1.1 DarkCore is a free-to-play private game server. All payments made through the website are voluntary donations intended to help cover server hosting costs, development and maintenance.
§ 1.2 In-game credits or items provided in exchange for a donation are offered as a gesture of appreciation — they do not constitute the sale of a digital product under any consumer protection law.
§ 1.3 Donating does not grant you any ownership rights, special privileges beyond the stated reward, or immunity from the server's Terms of Service. All players are subject to the same rules regardless of contribution.
§ 1.4 By completing a donation, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that the funds are your own.
02 No Refund Policy
§ 2.1 All completed donations are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed and credits have been delivered to your account, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
§ 2.2 This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with in-game progression, disputes with other players, account bans resulting from rule violations, or server downtime.
§ 2.3 If your account is banned due to a violation of the Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund of any donated amount, regardless of when the donation was made.
§ 2.4 Credits and in-game items obtained through donations cannot be transferred to another account and have no real-world monetary value.
03 Exceptions
§ 3.1 Duplicate payment — If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error on our side, you may contact support with proof of both transactions. We will investigate and, if confirmed, correct the duplicate charge.
§ 3.2 Credits not received — If your payment was completed but credits were not credited to your account within 24 hours, contact support with your transaction ID. We will verify and manually process the reward.
§ 3.3 These exceptions apply only to verified technical failures on our part. They do not constitute a general right to a refund.
04 Chargebacks & Disputes Zero Tolerance
§ 4.1 Filing a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your bank or PayPal — for any reason — will result in an immediate permanent ban of your account, all linked accounts and any characters associated with them.
§ 4.2 All in-game assets, credits and items on the affected accounts will be permanently forfeited without the possibility of recovery.
§ 4.3 If you have a genuine payment issue, contact us before filing a dispute. We will always attempt to resolve legitimate technical errors directly.
§ 4.4 Chargeback bans are permanent and non-negotiable. Contacting support after a chargeback has been filed will not result in account restoration.
05 Server Wipes & Resets
§ 5.1 DarkCore may undergo scheduled or unscheduled server wipes, season resets or full data resets. These events reset all character progress, items and in-game currency for all players equally.
§ 5.2 Server wipes do not entitle any player to a refund of previously made donations. By donating, you acknowledge that your in-game rewards may be reset as part of normal server lifecycle events.
§ 5.3 Where possible, the administration may offer compensation to recent donors in the form of in-game credits at the start of a new season. This is a courtesy and not a guaranteed right.
06 Dispute Resolution
§ 6.1 If you believe there has been a genuine error with your payment, contact our support team through the official website or Discord with your PayPal transaction ID and account username.
§ 6.2 We aim to respond to payment-related support requests within 48 hours. Complex cases may take longer to investigate.
§ 6.3 The administration's decision on all refund-related matters is final. Submitting multiple requests for the same issue will not change the outcome.
